IOSH Managing Safely

Phoenix Training is working in partnership with Hundred Acre (GB) Ltd to be able to offer IOSH courses. The courses are delivered by Emma (Phoenix) and/or Bridget (Hundred Acre).

Managing safely is a 3-4 day course (dependent on the number of delegates) designed for managers, supervisors, team leaders and safety representatives in any sector, and any organisation.

This course will equip delegates with the knowledge and tools to deal with health and safety issues that they are responsible for.

The course modules are:

• Introducing managing safely
• Assessing risks
• Controlling risks
• Understanding your responsibilities
• Identifying hazards
• Investigating accidents and incidents
• Measuring performance

Assessment:

• 30 question, multi-format assessment paper
• A risk assessment based project

Upon successful completion of the course delegates will be issued with an IOSH Managing Safely certificate.

Training Fees:

The cost is £430 per person

We can deliver a closed course at your site or ours for a fixed fee.

The cost is fully inclusive of course materials, refreshments and certification.

There is a supplementary charge of 45p per mile which will be made for all training conducted at a distance of more than 30 miles from our centre.
