Forklift Truck
ITSSAR accredited training on a wide range of forklift trucks.
The types of courses we deliver are:
Novice – this course is for candidates who do not have any experience in using any type of rider operated lift truck.
Experienced Operator – this course is for candidates who have experience of using a lift truck but may not have had any formal training OR for candidates who have overseas certificates OR for candidates who have been formally trained and tested but have not been tested in the past 5 years.
Refresher – this course is suitable for candidates who have been trained and tested within the past 5 years and have up to date experience of using the truck.
Conversion – a conversion course is for candidates who have a certificate to operate one type of fork lift but want to add another eg counterbalance converting to a reach.

Counterbalance (B1) and reach (D1) training can be performed at our Wellingborough Centre. All others must be on site.

All training is conducted by qualified and experienced instructors in accordance with the Approved Code of Practice (ACOP) L117 published by the Health & Safety Executive.
We are also able to provide on-site familiarisation training on a number of attachments including drum grab, paper reel clamps, rotator clamps and sideshift. For further information please contact us.
Training Fees
Our standard rates for fork lift truck training are as follows:

There is also an additional one-off charge of £7 per person, where applicable ITSSAR registration fee.
There is a supplementary charge of 45p per mile which will be made for all training conducted at a distance of more than 30 miles from our centre.
All fees are subject to VAT.
